Just got the K-horror movie 'Red Shoes' at my place but haven't really had time to watch it sad
K-horror titles of my recommendations:
- Dead Friend (aka Ghost) -> best Korean horror so far as far as i concern. Expect lot of twists inside.
- Doll Master
- A Tale of 2 Sisters (more like a thriller/suspense than horror)
- Bunshinsaba (a lot of ghost encounters and sudden shock but story is not that good)
- Red Shoes (seen only the 1st 10 minutes of the movie but already can tell it is one of the above average movie grin)

Upcoming K-horror titles this year:
- The Wig
- Cello
- Voice (aka Whispering Corridors 4)

sup anone bro

The Wig... looks kinda like The Ring..... cover art....
A Tale of 2 Sisters... i saw tht early this yr..... yea ya right bout it being more suspense than scary......
Cello sounds like a good name...

so u finish watching red shoes yet? I heard about this Korean version of The Ring.. .any good?

Finished watching 'Red Shoes' and 'Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children' within these two days grin
My responses:
Red Shoes - An above average K-horror movie. It is about a woman whose husband has an affair; then she moved out to new apartment (so typical story in Asian horror movies these days) with her daughter. Unfortunately on the way back to home, that woman found a pair of Red Shoes and brought it home. As the story goes...almost every female attracted to these shoes and became obsessed. So guess what.....those shoes are cursed by previous owner's bad experience.
A lot of sudden scares and I'm very impressed with Tae Soo (the little girl)'s acting. Her mimic made me shocked quite a few times shocked
A few gory scenes with tons of blood and yes....the best thing in this movie is the female protagonist as she provided very convincing and intense acting. The bad thing is I already can guess the ending WAY BEFORE it came. Oh yeah, one more thing....this movie somehow makes me feel so depressed and stress too after watching it sad

Final Fantasy 7:AC - F**king good graphics, beautiful character designs (especially Tifa and Cloud), badass fighting scenes (including 1 on 1, 2 on 1, 3 on 1, Cloud and the rest of the gangs vs Bahamut), but too bad....as usual as it is .....bad story and a lot of fail-attempted jokes by characters of Reno and Rude.
This movie spans about 100 minutes (though most media said it's around 1 hour running time only). Note: only FF fans will truly understand what's going on in the movie. If you're not, u can still enjoy the good graphics and fight scenes at least. Simply imagine FF game demo for 100 minutes long.....COOL

Yo andrew bro.
I used to be FF fan but not following it anymore since FF10. Getting old maybe.... wink
U don't have to be FF fan to enjoy the movie; however u would appreciate the movie more if u do understand all the whole concepts/ background stories bout the characters (including The Turks, Rufus, Sephiroth, Jenova and whole Geostigma-whatever-it-is)

Latest K-Movies watched recently:
- Whispering Corridors 4: Voice (Not a good horror movie since it doesn't provide any shocking or scare moments at all. It's only a drama with a bit of supranatural effect and illusions type of movie. Another bad sequel to Whispering Corridors series sad)
- Soldiers of Heaven (I expected a cheesy movie here but it turned out to be an above average movie. All thx to intense gun shooting and sword fight final battle. Man....really love the bullet shooting effects in this movie grin)

I've just watched Bittersweet Life, if you liked Pulp Fiction, you'll enjoy this.. as for me, well the film had it's moments but I wished the first half moved faster.. not sure about this but I think it got a very good BO in Korea.

Man, the Classic is so beautiful i love that movie... and there are even more beautiful things later on in it too. The firefly scene is awesome.

Ya'll be cryin at the end! smiley

Yeah... blood rain is a korean horror... though it's more a thriller really... not too scary but has great cinematography!

Wait, watch it with someone you love, there's only one first time to watch a movie... and this is one of those movies that no matter what must be watched with a loved one. It's a RULE!
